Victoria Island – Victoria Island happens to be one of the most expensive areas in Lagos to buy a home. Being the main business hub of Lagos, it is no wonder why a one bedroom house cost approximately 28.4 million Naira.

Ikoyi – Ikoyi is considered to be the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Lagos with the wealthiest families and communities. According to Lamudi Nigeria, Ikoyi is by far the most expensive place buy property in Lagos. A one bedroom home in Ikoyi is currently being sold at 51.5 million Naira.
