GISTZ:Is there a way LASTMA officials can stop forcing themselves into vehicles?

This happened in Marina this morning. A LASTMA official forced himself into a commercial bus while the vehicle was moving.
Can't these officials find other more effective ways to stop drivers who violate traffic rules instead of jumping into their vehicles?
